Powers & Abilities

Ice Manipulation:
-Has the ability to create ice out of nowhere.
-Composes most of her moveset.
-Can be used to create barriers.
-Often used to freeze the floor in order to increase her maneuverability.
-Capable of freezing her hair to use it as a weapon.

Anti-K' Fighting Style:
-Kula's fighting style was designed to be a counter to K''s own fighting style.
-Can perform the One Inch Punch
--This attack is based on Bruce Lee's technique, and it stuns opponents for a short time.
-Slider Shoot
--Kula performs a low sliding tackle, helping herself with her ice powers.

Ice Skates
-Come equipped with her boots.
-Kula can also create spare copies using her ice powers.
-Increase her mobility when used in conjunction with her ice powers.
-Can also be used offensively.

Crow Bite:
-Kula performs an icy uppercut that knocks the enemy away.

Diamond Breath:
-Kula's signature move.
-Kula shoots a stream of ice out of her mouth.

Counter Shell:
-Kula blocks any enemy projectile with a high kick, and deflects it as a more powerful icy version of the attack.
-When used normally, it can shoot icy projectiles without the need of deflecting other’s projectiles.

Ray Spin:
-Kula forms two ice skates and takes advantage of them to perform a quick spinning kick covered in ice.
-This move can be followed up in two different ways
--「STAND」 adds another spinning kick, and a high kick to the combo.
--Sit continues the combo with low attacks that trip the enemy.

Diamond Edge:
-Kula puts her palms on the floor, causing a large ice spike to rise from the ground.
-In KoF XIV, she creates three spikes instead of one.

Freeze Execution:
-Kula creates a blizzard that covers the entire screen.

Neo Freeze Execution:
-Kula summons her allies, and then performs an enhanced Freeze Execution.

Frozen Arena:
-Kula slides across the battlefield while creating several ice spikes.

Glacier Ridge:
-Kula's strongest move as of KoF XIV.
-Kula throws an icy projectile at the foe and encases them in ice, only to detonate the icy prison moments later.

Just the mere activation of her ice powers can freeze over entire factories and piers.
Destroyed 19 Zero Cannons, which have the power to destroy whole cities.
Identical in power to K', who dealt considerable damage to K9999, a foe that not even Iori Yagami was able to beat.
Takuma Sakazaki said he couldn't afford to go easy on her. This same character was able to deflect a beam that had the power to destroy the surface of the planet.

Was able to outspeed several satellites (satellites tend to move at Mach 22 speeds).
